Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us. All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM (printed behind invoice posted). You may post the return items to:

There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. Sale items, shawl and women legging/socks cannot be returned. Please note that all store credits valid for one (1) year only.
Defect item/wrong item/missing item

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Receive your package by tracking your order using any of the following channels.
If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a YOUIDO Valet account, please create a YOUIDO Valet to track your order. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the 'Order Shipped' email has been sent.
PAYMENT SECURITY
At YOUIDO VALET, we have several security measures in place to safeguard your data and payment details.
1. Credit Card Information Storage
All credit card information are securely encrypted and stored with our gateway Cybersource, which is a subordinate company by VISA. This gives a second layer of protection for customers credit card information.
2. CVV Verification
When you submit your credit card information, including CVV, our job is to encrypt the info and security transmit to issuers for payment verification and approval. However, verification of the CVV is totally upon issuer's decision. However, we can help to raise the concern to issuers.
3. Fulfilling PCI Compliance
YOUIDO Valet Website is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant and we also have sophisticated fraud tools and experienced fraud specialists screening our daily orders.
If you still have security concerns, you can easily remove your credit card details by logging into your account on Desktop and going to 'My Account' > 'My Store Credit' > scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the icon as shown below. You can then manually key in your credit card information for future checkouts.
